Job description

The Absolute Truth About This Role: We are an aggressive, high-level B2B commercial debt collection agency. Our only role in the marketplace—our sole reason for existence—is to get our clients paid.

While we are a collections agency, we do not operate like the rest of our broken industry. We do not chain you to a lazy automated dialer, we do not read from generic scripts, and we do not engage in long, drawn-out legal theater that wastes time and money.

Instead, we get our clients paid by out-thinking and out-maneuvering the debtor. We treat corporate defaults as an intelligence puzzle, using digital reconnaissance to break the stall and get to the absolute truth.

What You Will Actually Do Daily: You will spend your time deeply reviewing incoming credit applications, analyzing client placement notes, and auditing unpaid trade invoices. You will then combine those files with proprietary Enhanced Due Diligence reports and Gemini internet scrubs—illuminating the debtor's business and personal networks to shine a bright light on their failure to pay their bills.

To thrive on this desk, you must possess a solid baseline in AI usage. You will be required to build specialized workspaces in Google Pro and master the exact wording of prompts in Gemini to pull deep, actionable intelligence on corporate entities.

The Progression Path: We do not expect you to run advanced investigative operations on day one. You will start your journey entirely in the trenches, working our smaller-balance corporate accounts (such as baseline commercial trade lines). This is the frontline where you will get your feet wet, master our communication frameworks, earn your money, and prove your metal.

As you progress and prove your liquidations, we will slowly introduce you to our advanced OSINT tools—including advanced Boolean search operators, Hunter.io, and specialized Chrome add-ons to unearth cached internet data. Once you have demonstrated flawless execution and raw tenacity on small files, you will earn the right to deploy these heavy tools against complex, large-balance corporate networks.

We can easily train the right person on our frameworks and tracking mechanics. They are straightforward and highly teachable. What we cannot teach you is tenacity, grit, and the internal desire to win. That fire must already be in your belly. If you fold the moment an uncooperative corporate debtor hangs up on you, do not apply. If you have high operational endurance and the drive to command a file, this is your battlefield.

Who You Are (The Non-Negotiable Mindset):

  • Incurably Curious: Roadblocks don't stop you; they offend you. When a trail goes cold, your natural instinct is to dig deeper until you find the link everyone else missed.
  • Immune to Rejection: You possess exceptionally thick skin. Conflict and uncooperative corporate executives do not discourage you—they give you the data points you need for your next move.
  • Obsessed with the Win: You get a legitimate surge of adrenaline when you pull the mask off a corporate default, expose an asset-diversion scheme, and successfully liquidate a file for our client.
  • Team-Aligned: We are a remote team, but we operate as a tight unit. You must be committed to actively engaging with the desk daily to share intelligence strategies, break down files, and celebrate wins.

Technical Assets:

  • Basic AI Literacy (Comfortable building workspaces in Google Pro and structuring precise prompts in Gemini).
  • Exceptional, razor-sharp written and verbal communication skills—sharp, professional, and entirely free of fluff.
  • A quiet, secure remote workspace with high-speed internet.

HOW TO APPLY – THE FIRST TEST: Do not click "Apply" and send a generic resume. We delete automated applications immediately without reading them.

To prove you have the baseline curiosity and grit required for this desk, you must submit a short cover paragraph answering question numbers 3 and 4.
