Job description

WBS, a subsidiary of WEC Energy Group, is seeking an experienced Identity and Access Management (IAM) Security Engineer in our Milwaukee, Green Bay, or Chicago locations. This position offers flexibility for a hybrid work arrangement (remote/on-site) with time spent in the office. 

The Cybersecurity Analyst is part of a job family (Cybersecurity Analyst, Sr Cybersecurity Analyst, Principal Cybersecurity Analyst) where experience and education will be the determining factor.

Job Responsibilities
  • Install, integrate, configure, and deploy IAM solutions and systems to facilitate user life-cycle management, Identity and Access Governance, automated provisioning, single sign-on, federation, Privileged Account and Identity Management (PAM/PIM)
  • Experience with Windows Operating Systems, UNIX/Linux and environments, IIS, SSO, Database and Application Servers and Authentication Products
  • Hands on experience in trouble shooting issues related to password rotation, account onboarding, monitoring, integrations with AD/LDAP, SIEM Solutions and other integrations
  • Responsible for privileged user account administration of various Windows and UNIX accounts, Database and Network devices, Service accounts, DevOps and scanning and scripting
  • Develop and execute test cases and test plans for IAM solutions
  • Creating and Managing Safes, Platforms and Owners, Managing Safes, recording backups
  • Experience in installing or upgrading PAM solutions and connectors
  • Implementing, managing, and troubleshooting Entra ID services, including Conditional Access, SSO, and MFA
  • Develop and enhance Identity and Access Man
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, software engineering, information technology, computer information systems, MIS, or engineering is preferred. A combination of an associate degree, military or professional cybersecurity experience and cybersecurity certification (CISSP, GAIC, MCSE, CEH, GICSP, CSSA, CISM) will be considered
  • 2+ years in cybersecurity required with experience in Identity and Access Management architectures preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience with IAM implementation with one of the following products: SailPoint One Identity and BeyondTrust 
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in AD, LDAP, JDBC, and Web Service connectors (REST and SOAP)
  • Cybersecurity certification (CISSP, CISM, OSCP, CCSP, GAIC, MCSE, GICSP, CSSA)
  • Desirable skills include any of the following:
    • Active Directory Design and Management
    • Cloud, Azure, AWS, GCP
    • Scripting experience, Python, PowerShell or .NET (VB or C#)
    • RBAC
    • Machine Identity Management
    • Network Access Management, DNS, DHCP

Pay Range Minimum:  $78,702.26 

Pay Range Maximum:  $156,125.32 

The pay range reflects the minimum and maximum for the position at the time of posting and may be modified in the future. The starting salary/pay within the pay range will be based on several factors, as applicable, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, shift, travel requirements, collective bargaining agreements, and business and organizational needs.  At WEC Energy Group, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role.
