Job description

Position Overview
OSAAVA Services is seeking experienced professionals with expertise in joint targeting, operational planning, and intelligence integration to support mission efforts aligned with U.S. military targeting doctrine and cyber operations.
This role supports operational targeting processes, training development, and mission planning activities aligned with Joint Force doctrine and cyber mission operations. Candidates will bring a strong understanding of joint targeting methodology, intelligence integration, and operational planning within Department of Defense environments.
This position supports mission activities at Fort Eisenhower, home of the Army Cyber Center of Excellence and Cyber Mission Force training operations. Key Responsibilities
• Apply targeting methodologies in accordance with JP 3-60 Joint Targeting
• Support execution and analysis of the Joint Targeting Cycle
• Conduct target development and target system analysis
• Apply CJCSI Target Development Standards to operational targeting activities
• Support targeting operations aligned with U.S. Cyber Command (USCYBERCOM) mission requirements
• Integrate intelligence data to support target identification, prioritization, and effects assessment
• Assist with operational planning and targeting integration within Joint Staff processes
• Support curriculum development and instruction for targeting-related training programs
• Provide subject matter expertise on targeting doctrine, methodology, and operational processes
• Assist in developing training materials, exercises, and scenario-based learning environments
• Support training efforts for cyber operations and operational targeting environments Relevant Experience Areas
