Our company is seeking a skilled and experienced Orthopedic Extremity Surgeon to join our team. As an Orthopedic Extremity Surgeon, you will be responsible for diagnosing and treating injuries and disorders of the musculoskeletal system, with a focus on all extremities such as total knees, hips, shoulders, hands, feet, and general extremity.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform surgical procedures to repair injuries and correct deformities of the extremities
  • Evaluate and diagnose patients with musculoskeletal conditions affecting the extremities
  • Develop treatment plans and provide non-surgical treatments such as medication, physical therapy, and injections
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care for patients such as Interventional Pain Management Physicians, Orthopedic Extremity and Spine Surgeons
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
  • Surgical assist guaranteed
  • Support staff available including NP/PA's, MA's, and scribe team
  • We are an outpatient clinic with ambulatory surgical centers nearby
  • No call schedules
  • High volume of referrals per month
  • Travels as necessary to other facilities between San Antonio and Austin locations

Requirements:

  • Board certification in Orthopedic Surgery
  • Fellowship training in Orthopedic Extremity Surgery preferred
  • Valid Texas state medical license
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Working schedule Monday โ€“ Friday
