An Orthopedic Program Manager oversees the operations and management of orthopedic services within a healthcare facility. They coordinate care delivery, manage staff and resources, and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards specific to orthopedic care. Their role often includes program development, quality improvement initiatives, budgeting, and collaborating with physicians to enhance patient outcomes.
