Job description

Varsity Orthopedics is seeking a highly accountable, detail-oriented Practice Operations Manager to oversee the full operational, financial, and administrative infrastructure of the clinic.

This role serves as the operational backbone of the practice. The Practice Operations Manager ensures financial controls, billing accuracy, compliance adherence, staff professionalism, facility oversight, and day-to-day execution run without physician involvement.

The ideal candidate is structured, financially literate, compliance-aware, and comfortable managing both systems and people.

This is not a passive administrative role. It requires ownership.

Duties:

  • Financial Management & Reporting including QuickBooks data entry and reconciliation
  • Daily & Monthly Reporting Controls
  • Payroll & Contractor Administration
  • Compliance & Regulatory Oversight
  • Facility & Building Management
  • Marketing & Community Engagement Support

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years medical practice management experience
  • Strong financial and bookkeeping experience required
  • Demonstrated success managing billing operations
  • Experience working with accountants and external vendors
  • Strong organizational discipline
  • High attention to detail
  • Professional presence and leadership maturity
  • Ability to manage confidential information appropriately
