• Conduct thorough evaluations to assess the physical condition and functional capabilities of patients referred by physicians.
• Design and implement individualized treatment programs that address each patient’s specific recovery goals and needs, utilizing evidence-based techniques.
• Utilize advanced therapeutic modalities, exercises, and training strategies to enhance mobility and alleviate pain for patients in various stages of recovery.
• Demonstrate exceptional customer service, ensuring a welcoming, engaging, and supportive environment for all patients and their families.
• Document patient progress and treatment interventions accurately, adjusting care plans as necessary based on observed results and patient feedback.
• Provide education and training to patients and caregivers to promote understanding of diagnoses, treatment plans, and self-care strategies.
• Meet or exceed minimum performance targets and contribute to clinic success by driving patient satisfaction and engagement.

As an Orthopedic Physical Therapist at Outreach Orthopedic Clinic, you will service a diverse group of patients, including those recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, and neurological conditions. • A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.
• Current and valid state license in Physical Therapy for Virginia.
• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience as a Physical Therapist, demonstrating a solid foundation in orthopedic rehabilitation.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification from the American Heart Association.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, coupled with proficiency in basic computer applications and documentation.
• Ability to establish rapport with patients and their families, fostering an atmosphere of trust and support.

• Experience treating a variety of patient populations, including pediatric and sports medicine cases, is desirable.
• Familiarity with the latest evidence-based practices and treatment modalities in physical therapy.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively within a team environment, prioritizing patient outcomes and goals.
