Sierra Orthopedic Clinic is seeking a dedicated and skilled Orthopedic Physical Therapist to join our growing team in Arlington, Virginia. As a vital member of our practice, you will help patients recover from injuries and enhance their mobility and quality of life. This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of $100,000 to $120,000 annually, in addition to a comprehensive benefits package.

The work setting is onsite in our outpatient office, which spans 5,000 square feet and is equipped with advanced sports medicine technology. Our facility is designed to create an inviting atmosphere where patients feel comfortable and supported during their rehabilitation journey. The clinic operates from Monday to Friday, allowing our team to maintain a work-life balance while delivering high-quality care to our patients.

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to identify patient objectives and develop tailored treatment plans.
• Manage a caseload efficiently, working with one patient per hour to ensure personalized attention.
• Implement cost-effective treatment techniques to enhance patients’ range of motion, strength, and mobility.
• Utilize evidence-based interventions to improve patient outcomes and encourage self-management strategies.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive care for complex cases.
• Document all patient interactions meticulously, ensuring accuracy in treatment records and communications.
• Monitor patient progress and adapt treatment plans as necessary to facilitate optimal recovery.
• Engage patients in a supportive manner to motivate and encourage adherence to treatment protocols.

We primarily serve a diverse clientele with orthopedic conditions, including post-surgical patients, individuals recovering from sports injuries, and those suffering from chronic musculoskeletal pain. Our patient population often consists of active adults and athletes pursuing rehabilitation to achieve their personal best in movement capabilities.

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.
• A valid license to practice as a Physical Therapist in Virginia.
• A proven track record of maintaining a clean professional record with no disciplinary actions.
• Expertise in manual therapy techniques and exercise protocol design.
• Familiarity with electronic medical records, particularly WebPT EMR Software.

• A minimum of two years of experience in an orthopedic outpatient setting is preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a healthcare team, focusing on interdisciplinary collaboration.
• Experience designing rehabilitation and fitness programs tailored to individual patient needs.
