Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Orthopedic Doctor to join our team . The ideal candidate will possess comprehensive clinical expertise across multiple specialties, including medical imaging, patient assessment, and specialized care procedures. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to patient-centered care in a dynamic healthcare environment. The will be responsible for delivering high-quality clinical services, coordinating care plans, and supporting interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Candidates with experience in hospital and outpatient settings, proficiency with electronic health record (EHR) systems, and a strong foundation in medical terminology are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough patient assessments, including vital signs, physical examinations, and medical history reviews.
  • Utilize advanced imaging modalities such as CT scans, nuclear medicine, and diagnostic radiology to support diagnostic processes.
  • Manage complex procedures across various specialties including cardiology, neurology, ophthalmology, dermatology, and reproductive endocrinology.
  • Operate and interpret results from specialized equipment such as vascular interventional radiography tools, neurocritical care monitors, and ultrasound devices.
  • Administer treatments including IV infusions, botulinum toxin injections, and medication management while adhering to aseptic techniques and safety protocols.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on inpatient and outpatient care plans, discharge planning, and clinical research initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate medical records using EMR (Electronic Medical Records) systems while ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations.
  • Provide patient education on health coaching topics such as diabetes care, wound care, family planning, and post-acute care strategies.
  • Support triage processes in emergency or urgent care settings by prioritizing patient needs based on clinical assessments.
  • Assist in procedural tasks such as suturing, gastric lavage, or spinal taps under supervision when necessary.
  • Participate in quality improvement activities aligned with NCQA standards and infection control practices to uphold high standards of patient safety.
Qualifications
  • MD or DO with board certification or eligibility in Orthopedic Surgery or Orthopedic Medicine
  • Active New Jersey medical license (or ability to obtain)

  • Experience in outpatient orthopedics, sports medicine, or physical medicine preferred
