About the Role

We're seeking a motivated Ortho Assistant with 1+ years of experience to join our growth-oriented orthodontic practice. In this position, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care and contributing to a friendly, positive atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with banding and bracketing procedures
  • Change and adjust archwires
  • Place separators and polish teeth for bonding
  • Take orthodontic records (photographs, impressions, digital scans)
  • Educate patients on oral hygiene and orthodontic care
  • Perform sterilization and infection control duties
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 1 year of orthodontic assistant experience
  • X-ray Certification required
  • CPR/BLS certification preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to patient safety
Schedule
  • Full-time, Monday through Friday
Compensation
  • Hourly pay range: 18 – 26 per hour, based on experience
