We are looking for a driven, relationship-focused Trauma Sales Associate to join our team. In this role, you'll support surgeons, OR staff, and hospital administrators in the field, helping ensure trauma products and implants are available and used correctly during time-sensitive, high-stakes procedures. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives under pressure, enjoys hands-on clinical support, and wants a career path into a full trauma sales territory.

What You'll Do
  • Provide in-OR case coverage for trauma surgeries, assisting surgeons and staff with product selection and technique
  • Manage surgical trays, inventory, and equipment logistics, including on-call and after-hours support
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with surgeons, nurses, and hospital purchasing teams
  • Support the sales team with quoting, order processing, and account management
  • Stay current on trauma product lines, surgical techniques, and competitive landscape through ongoing training
  • Represent the company with professionalism in high-pressure, fast-paced hospital environments
QualitiesWhat We're Looking For
  • Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent relevant experience
  • Willingness to be on-call, including nights and weekends, for surgical case coverage
  • Comfortable in the OR and around surgical procedures
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Self-starter with excellent time management and the ability to travel within an assigned territory
  • Prior experience in medical device sales, athletic training, surgical tech, or a related clinical field is a plus, but not required
