Position Summary

We are seeking an outgoing, energetic, and bilingual Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator to be the face of our ortho program. • Present treatment plans and recommendations from the orthodontist in clear, family-friendly terms
  • Discuss financial options confidently with parents, including insurance coverage, down payments, and monthly payment plans
  • Follow up with families who haven't yet started treatment to answer questions and help them move forward
  • Coordinate with the front desk and clinical team to schedule starts and keep the ortho schedule full
  • Track consults, follow-ups, and conversions so we know how the program is performing
Qualifications
  • Outgoing, warm, and energetic personality - this is the #1 requirement

  • Comfortable and confident discussing finances and payment plans with families
  • Strong communication and listening skills
  • Reliable, organized, and able to follow up consistently
  • Experience in dental, orthodontics, sales, or customer-facing roles is a plus but not required - we train the right person

As part of your application, please record and submit a 60-second video introducing yourself. Tell us who you are, why you'd be great in this role, and what makes you excited about working with families and kids. This is your chance to show us your personality.

Compensation & Benefits
  • Competitive compensation package
  • Supportive, growth-oriented environment with a rapidly expanding company
  • After 1 year of employment, complimentary dental and orthodontic care for yourself and your children
Employment Type: FULL_TIME
