We are seeking a dynamic and results- driven sales manger to join our Graphy team. In this role, you will lead commercial growth, customer engagement and technology throughout the North & Southeast . This role will serve as a strategic partner to orthodontist, dental professionals, distributors and internal stakeholders driving revenue growth while positioning the company's 3D printer SMA (smart memory aligner) technology as a market leader. Your energetic approach and technical proficiency will empower you to build strong client relationships, deliver compelling product demonstrations, and close complex deals in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. This position offers an exciting opportunity for growth and influence in the future of 3D aligner technology while working with a passionate team dedicated to excellence and innovation.

Please Note: Candidates must be located in the Northeast and preferably in the southeast and have prior orthodontic aligner experience to be considered. All applications that do not meet these criteria will not be reviewed.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and market share objectives.
  • Lead the commercialization and adoption of SMA (Smart Memory Aligners) in southeast market.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with orthodontists, key opinion leaders (KOLs), dental service organizations (DSOs), and industry partners.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities, strategic partnerships, and distribution channels.
  • Deliver product demonstrations, clinical presentations, and technology training programs for customers and partners.
  • Collaborate with marketing to develop educational programs, customer events, trade show strategies, and product launch initiatives.
  • Partner with clinical and technical teams to ensure successful customer onboarding, implementation, and ongoing support.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasting and performance reporting to executive leadership.
  • Support pricing strategy, contract negotiations, and Dr. and client retention initiatives.
  • Serve as company representative at industry conferences, trade shows and professional meetings.

Experience Requirements

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience within the aligner or orthodontic industry
  • Travel domestically & internationally
  • Strong communication skills, both in person and over the phone
  • Self -movtivated, goal orientated and well organized
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a medical device, orthodontic, or dental technology environment.
  • Experience working directly with orthodontists and dental specialists.
  • Strong understanding of digital orthodontics, aligner therapy, and emerging dental technologies.
  • Experience presenting to clinicians, executive leadership teams, and large professional audiences
  • Experience with clear aligner systems, orthodontic appliances, or digital dentistry platforms.
  • Established network within the orthodontic community
