\n The Orion GN&C Engineer will:

\n \- Develop and evaluate safety\-critical, human rated GN&C flight software
\n <\/div>\n
\n \- Develop, integrate, and test new GN&C algorithms
\n <\/div>\n
\n \- Develop, integrate, and test new algorithms for evaluation of vehicle and mission performance
\n <\/div>\n
\n \- Develop, integrate, and test new algorithms for trajectory optimizations
\n <\/div>\n
\n \- Provide recommendations for improvements in design and software development processes
\n <\/div>\n
\n \- Perform other duties as required

\n \- Experience with development and analysis of 6 DOF algorithms and simulations

\n \- Experience with orbital mechanics and GN&C principles

\n \- Experience with design, verification, testing, and operation of GN&C software

\n \- Experience with LINUX, Python, MATLAB, Simulink, and C\/C++

\n \- Experience with Git\/GitLab version control

\n \- Experience with the development of space system requirements and documents

\n \- Ability to organize and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and schedules with limited supervision.
