Overview

As the Product Marketing Manager for our Environmental Health & Safety (EHS)ย riskย solutions, you will serve as a strategic partner to Product and Sales, responsible for translating product capabilities into differentiated value that resonates with buyers and drives revenue growth. You will lead go-to-market strategy for new products and features, develop clear positioning and messaging rooted inย marketย insight, and ensure sellers are equipped with the rightย artifactsย and resources to engage and win. In addition to supporting our EHS portfolio, you will help develop industry-specific commercialization strategies and messaging for key vertical markets, including Manufacturing, Transportation, andย Construction. You will also inform broader marketing strategy by providing messaging frameworks and productย expertiseย that help shapeย GTMย initiatives,ย campaigns, events, and content. With fluency in the SaaS development lifecycle and sales processes, you will connect what we build to how it's sold,ย ensuring our products show up in the right markets, speak to the right buyers, and support the sales pipeline by accelerating competitive wins and driving revenue.ย 

Responsibilities
  • With input from Product, deeply understands what is being built and why to own the translation of product features and functionality into differentiated product messaging, value propositions, positioning, and differentiators forย EHS riskย buyers and relevant vertical markets.ย ย 
  • Develops a deep understanding of our markets and buyers in theย EHS andย insurableย risk management space by conductingย marketย research and gathering insights, including market pressures, competitors, buyer pain points and challenges, channels where buyers discover, evaluate, and engage with our products, and their purchase motivators, and then socializing those insights with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Services.ย ย 
  • Owns the development ofย the commercial GTMย strategyย for the productย andย plansย launch and sales readiness in collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders,ย with a focus onย drivingย product-level bookings,ย buyerย demand,ย marketย awareness,ย andย clientย adoption.ย ย 
  • Supports theย Brand +ย Content, Events, and Growthย teamsย in developing and executing GTM strategy at each stage of the sales funnel, includingย informationย blogs, white papers, case studies, sell sheets, videos, press releases, webinars, events, speaking engagements, and other marketing and sales enablement assets.ย ย 
  • With input from Product and Sales, identifies and prioritizes target markets, segments, accounts, and industry-specific opportunities based on market size, organizational maturity, and other criteria to define market opportunities for the product portfolio, build business cases, and support expanding market presence or entering new marketsย for the EHS portfolio.ย ย 
  • Conducts, synthesizes, and socializes win/loss analysis, buyer insights,ย marketย shifts,ย andย competitive intelligenceย to guide product positioning, inform roadmap decisions, support feature prioritization, surface competitive trends,ย andย identify emerging market opportunities forย bothย Productย and Sales.ย ย 
  • Owns the development, socialization, and execution of product and salesย artifacts andย collateral,ย includingย marketย needs,ย commercial GTMย strategy and briefings, salesย readinessย resources, launch plans, product overviews,ย pitchย decks, and sales sheets.ย ย 
  • With input from Product, Sales, and market research partners, develop differentiated competitive positioning for battle card creation and competitive analysis to support revenue growth and product adoption.ย ย 
  • In collaboration withย theย Sales Enablementย function, develops targeted sales collateral, talk tracks, and objection-handling resources that equip sellers to connect buyer needs with product capabilities and accelerate deal cycles.ย ย 
  • Serves as the subject matter expert (SME) on ourย EHSย products andย associatedย marketsย within workplace safetyย for the broader Marketing team; providesย strategyย briefs and messaging frameworks that serve as the foundation for Marketingย functionsย to develop content strategies, demand campaigns,ย channel marketing initiatives,ย analyst relations,ย andย related marketย communications.ย ย 
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.ย ย 
  • 3-5ย years of product marketing experience in the B2B SaaS,ย softwareย development, andย sales.ย 
  • Ability to drive impactย by leading GTM initiativesย andย influencing andย aligning stakeholders across the organization (including Marketing, Services, Product, and Sales)ย toย secureย theirย buy-in.ย ย 
  • Ability to demonstrate a track record of success across all key areas ofย product marketingย responsibility, such asย competitive win rates,ย increased deal velocity,ย new product bookings,ย productย adoptionย and utilizationย metrics,ย and the ability to analyzeย data, draw conclusions, and develop recommendationsย as an expert on the EHSย product andย market.ย ย 
  • Certification in Product Marketing is a plus.ย ย 
  • Experience in Environmental Health & Safety (EHS),ย workplaceย safetyย claims and incidents, operational risk management, RMIS, Insurtech solutions, andย serving regulated industries preferred. Experience marketing to Manufacturing,ย Construction, and Transportationย markets is a plus.ย ย 
  • Experience and comfort presenting toย cross-functional teamsย and orchestratingย GTMย motions.ย ย
