Our client, a professional accounting services association, is currently seeking a flexible, enthusiastic, and service-oriented Administrative Assistant located in their downtown Edmonton office for a two to three week assignment. The successful candidate will be an experienced office administrator who thrives in a fast-paced, people-focused environment and enjoys being at the center of daily office operations. Responsibilities:
  • Sort, organize, and review accounting files for accuracy and retrieval.
  • Prepare and organize client documents for pickup.
  • Meet with clients, verify identification, obtain signed document release forms, and distribute files.
  • Communicate professionally with clients by phone, email, and in person regarding document pickups.
  • Photocopy, scan, and file documents as required.
  • Maintain organized and accurate filing systems while handling confidential information.
  • Provide general administrative support and assist with other office tasks as needed.

Requirements:
  • A Bachelorโ€™s degree or diploma in Business Administration or a related field is preferred
  • Intermediate knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
