Company introduction:
We are a second-generation family organization that has owned
and operated McDonald's Restaurants for over 35 years. We currently own 13
restaurants in Monroe, Ontario, Seneca and Yates counties in New York State. We
focus on providing an environment of respect and recognition, learning and development,
and resources to get the job done for all restaurant staff and organizational
leadership.
Job Position:
We're looking for a restaurant Operations Leader to
supervise multiple McDonald's restaurants. The ideal candidate has a minimum of
5 years of leadership experience in quick-service restaurant operations and
multi-unit supervision. Candidates should excel in influencing and inspiring
people, building sales and driving business results.
Compensation:
Annual starting salary between $70,000 and $80,000 based on experience.
