Job Summary


Are you passionate about leading change and driving organizational success? As an OCM Lead at ArcherGrey, you will be responsible for guiding organizations through critical business and technology transformations. You’ll spearhead the people side of change, leading initiatives that enhance engagement, adoption, and sustained behavior change across teams.


The OCM Lead will work closely with stakeholders at all levels, from executives to front-line employees, to develop and execute change management strategies and plans. This includes designing impactful communications, analyzing stakeholder groups, and ensuring successful implementation of new processes and technologies. The ideal candidate is a collaborative problem-solver who excels at managing change in dynamic environments and is committed to delivering results both onsite and remotely.




Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive change management strategies and plans to support business and technology initiatives.
  • Execute alone or lead an OCM team.
  • Lead stakeholder analysis, engagement, and communication activities to foster adoption and minimize resistance to change.
  • Design and deliver effective communications that motivate and inspire action.
  • Oversee training initiatives and provide direct support and coaching to managers and supervisors.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand organizational culture and develop tailored change adoption plans.
  • Monitor and measure the effectiveness of change management activities, adjusting as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with ArcherGrey’s Change Management methodologies and best practices.
Requirements:


Knowledge, Skills and Experience

  • Preferred:
  • BS degree in business, communications, or psychology.
  • Experience as an OCM practitioner, communication professional, or learning & development professional.
  • Required:
  • BA or BS Degree in any field
  • Strong communications ability (verbal and written)
  • Computer proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel
  • Strong desire to learn
  • Ability to travel if required by the client company.
  • U.S. Citizen.
