Job description

GlobalSource IT has a need for a Change Management Consultant to help with a new Applicant Tracking System implementation. This will be a 6-9 month contract, onsite in Milwaukee, WI area.


This individual will be responsible for driving user adoption, minimizing business disruption, and ensuring employees are prepared to successfully transition to the new recruiting platform.


  • Change Manager will work closely with HR, Talent Acquisition, IT, project leadership and business stakeholders to deliver a seamless implementation and maximize the return on investment.
  • Build change readiness and monitor organizational preparedness throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Identify and mitigate resistance to change through proactive engagement and communication.
  • Partner with executive sponsors to establish visible leadership support for the initiative.
  • Facilitate stakeholder meetings, workshops, and change champion networks.
  • Serve as the primary advisor on change management best practices.
  • Coordinate the development and delivery of instructor-led, virtual, and self-paced training materials.
  • Support end users during go-live and post-implementation stabilization.
