What does an Organizational Behaviour professor do?

An Organizational Behaviour Professor teaches and researches topics related to how individuals and groups behave within organizations. They explore subjects like leadership, motivation, team dynamics, organizational culture, and change management. Their work often includes conducting academic research, publishing scholarly articles, advising students, and developing curriculum. Professors in this field may also consult with businesses to apply behavioral theories to real-world workplace challenges.

To thrive as an Organizational Behaviour Professor, you need advanced knowledge in psychology, management, and organizational theory, typically supported by a Ph.D. in a related field.
