Green Source FL – Medical Cannabis Clinic

Position Overview
Green Source FL is seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Receptionist / Patient Care Coordinator to serve as the first point of contact for patients visiting our medical cannabis clinic. This role is essential in creating a welcoming experience while ensuring efficient front-office operations, appointment scheduling, patient intake, and administrative support. The ideal candidate is compassionate, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced healthcare environment. Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome patients, caregivers, and visitors with professionalism and exceptional customer service.
  • Answer incoming phone calls, emails, and text inquiries promptly and courteously.
  • Schedule, confirm, and reschedule patient appointments.
  • Assist patients with registration forms, intake paperwork, and clinic procedures.
  • Verify patient information and maintain accurate electronic records.
  • Collect payments and process transactions accurately.
  • Educate patients on appointment requirements, state registration processes, and clinic services.
  • Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations.
  • Manage daily appointment flow and communicate effectively with providers regarding patient arrivals and scheduling changes.

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous receptionist, customer service, medical office, or administrative experience preferred.
