We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Organ Procurement Coordinator to:
- Provide clinical management of organ donor patients across all age groups
- Honor donor wishes while guiding families through the donation process with empathy and respect
- Apply advanced critical care strategies to optimize organ function and maximize transplant opportunities
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams throughout the donor management process
- Coordinate with transplant centers and healthcare partners to ensure timely and effective organ recovery and placement

- Graduate of school of nursing Required
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing Preferred
- 6 months of clinical experience with surgical, critical care, emergency services or O.R. expertise Required
- Critical care experience in pediatric, neurosurgery ICU, trauma or medical ICU, with leadership as charge nurse, or resource nurse and experience with caring for donor patients and families Preferred
- Registered Nurse licensed in the State of Wisconsin or may practice under a compact license per state regulations Upon Hire Required and
- BLS certification Upon Hire Required
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Upon Hire Required
- Certified Procurement Transplant Coordinator (CPTC) Preferred
