Schedule: 3PM - 1:30AM - 4x10, Weekends required!

Pay: $18 - 21/hr DOE + $1.50 shift differential + pick incentive pay

As an Order Selector, you'll operate an electric pallet jack and voice-directed technology to build customer orders, assemble pallets over 5 feet tall, and prepare products for shipment- while following all company and regulatory safety standards.KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Operate electric pallet jack ride-along equipment (single and double) to pick, build, and transport customer orders
  • Perform required pre-use safety inspections on electric pallet jacks and other material handling equipment
  • Use headset-based voice command systems to accurately select products by lot number and product code
  • Build safe, stable pallets, frequently exceeding 5 feet in height, following proper stacking and safety guidelines
  • Manually shrink-wrap completed pallets to secure product for transport
  • Label and mark materials with identifying information
  • Stage and deliver completed orders to designated shipping or staging areas
  • Identify, report, and communicate damaged, missing, or incorrect product to inventory control or a lead/supervisor
ADDITIONAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Operate other warehouse machinery and material handling equipment as assigned
  • Work collaboratively with team members to meet productivity, quality, and safety goals
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES)
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, production-driven warehouse environment
  • Basic math skills and strong attention to detail
  • Ability to understand instructions in the country's official language or as defined by Lineage Logistics
  • Ability to give voice commands in English (required for voice-directed picking systems)
  • Ability to work in temperatures as low as -20F / -25C in cold storage or up to 100F / 37C in dry storage while wearing company-provided PPE and freezer gear
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 40 lbs / 18 kgs (weight may vary by facility)
  • Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends as needed
  • Comfortable working around varying noise levels, which can be loud at times
Pay Range:$16.97 - $28.65
