Job description

Our company is a family-owned, Texas-based, and prides itself on providing remarkable shopping experiences to our guests. The individuals selected for this position are experienced professionals that can function well as part of a team, but can effectively function independently.
The individuals selected for this position are responsible for order selecting and merchandising wholesale products daily. They ensure that we are expediting and stocking wholesale products for our wholesale customers.
1. Knows and actively demonstrates, daily, our Company Mission Statement and our Core Values
2. Correctly identifies product by sku, size, varietal, and rack bin location
3. Make necessary notes on invoices to show variances changes, and out of stock products
4. Maintains control and integrity of pull cart to ensure no product is removed until order is completely pulled
5. Maintain neat and orderly product rack areas while order selecting
6. Maintains pull cart staging area to ensure any order can be quickly verified upon checking
7. Pack wholesale order products neatly without damage to ensure integrity of item at delivery
8. Tag wholesale customers orders according to quantity of shipment
9. Maintain security and proper usage of all TABC stamps utilized for wholesale customer orders
10. Work with and maintain TABC stamp guns and machines
11. Restock supplies and utilize equipment when needed to ensure replenishment of products in the racks
12. Inform manager/lead of out of stocks or inventory variance on all items
13. Work with and maintains computer equipment
14. Assists in prep for inventory and assist in inventory process
15. Practices teamwork and cooperation with coworkers
16. Seeks to continually improve related skills and knowledge to contribute to profitability and productivity
17. Undertakes responsibilities with care and attention to detail
18. Lift 50 pounds regularly and up to 100 pounds occasionally in each shift
19. Properly utilize a dolly and/or pallet jack
20. Push or pull 50-100 pounds regularly
21. Other projects as assigned by management
22. Efficiently carrying out all the directives given by Management Team
23. Working in accord with all safety regulations of Specs Family Partners and OSHA
24. Should possess time management skills and be able to prioritizes tasks and meet the demands of the day
