Join Toshiba America Business Solutions as an Order Support Specialist in Charlotte, NC.

As the Order Support Specialist based in Charlotte, NC, you will enjoy serving as the primary liaison for major accounts and special contracts and making an impact through meticulously reviewing, auditing, and administering sales orders.
Your core focus as the Order Support Specialist will be to review bids, sales contract conditions, and terms for accuracy.
In addition, you will play a critical role introducing new tools, processes, policies, and initiatives to maintain the accuracy of sales order documentation for our customers, the local businesses, organizations, and institutions that are pillars of our communities.
As you succeed in this role, you will build cross-functional expertise and business acumen, opening doors for future career growth at Toshiba.
What You'll Do
• Thoroughly incorporate all necessary documentation into sales orders
• Review and audit sales contracts for accuracy, profitability, and compliance
• Coordinate pricing requests with the sales team to ensure efficient order processing
• Research order components and review sales promotions to assess their impact
• Ensure adherence to standard policies and procedures for all sales orders
• Keep sales order records current in all designated systems
• Provide support in resolving lease-related concerns
• Partner with Contracts, Sales, and Corp Leasing to review lease rates
• Identify problematic areas and make recommendations for correction
• Conduct thorough training for new sales reps and managers on paperwork completion
• Provide administrative support to marketplace operations within your region
• Develop, maintain, and generate queries, reports, and correspondence
• Respond to sales order inquiries from staff, vendors, and customers
• Initiate appropriate actions to resolve sales order issue
• Deliver guidance to new hires and colleagues on contract/documentation best practices
What You’ll Bring
• High School Diploma or GED
• Five or more (5+) years of expertise in lease transactions, contract support, billing, and pricing
• Experience with ERP or CRM systems
• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance (Preferred)
• Versed in account maintenance, customer service, and sales support
• Experience with completing journal entries, reconciliation, and accounting
• Basic math skills and a history of meeting deadlines
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Available and willing to work overtime if needed and capable of occasional travel
Earn Well
• Hourly Range: $17.00 to $19.00 depending on experience
