POSITION TITLE: Order Processing Coordinator
JOB DUTIES AND ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
• Manage incoming domestic customer orders via EDI, Fax, Email and Customer Websites.
• Enter Import orders into QuickBooks and notify appropriate team members of receipt of a new order.
• Confirm to customer receipt of New F&D Grand Opening orders and verify fill rates at time of receipt.
• Coordinate activities with the warehouse and sales teams to ensure timely and accurate order processing and timely product shipment.
• Manage preparation of shipping labels which includes creating packaging, utilizing knowledge of inventory stock status, ensuring billing accuracy and meeting deadlines.
• Prepare and send invoices upon pick-up of shipments.
• Assist the warehouse with managing priorities based on customer shipping guidelines.
• Make recommendations regarding EDI and shipping performance to minimize penalties and fees from customers.
• Assist finance with processing adjustments for Amazon FBM orders and prepare weekly report.
• Participate in cycle counting inventory.
• Perform other duties that may be required based on business needs.

• Operations Manager
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• None
REQUIRED SKILLS:
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office, Word and Excel.
• Working knowledge of QuickBooks and True Commerce Transaction Manager.
• Ability to work under time pressure for task completion.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize work activities to achieve desired goals.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Quick to learn in ambiguous circumstances.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
• 1-2 years of order management experience
• Bachelor's Degree in related field of study.
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:
• 2 years of order management experience.
• Bachelor's Degree in related field of study.
Compensation: $18.00 per hour
