JOB DESCRIPTION:

Renewal by Andersen is looking to add an Ordering Retail Service Representative (RSR) I to our team in Livonia, MI. This position will be hybrid- both in office and remote. The Ordering Retail Service Representative will focus on providing customer service for delivery partners and customers. This is not a customer facing role and is more closely aligned to data entry and administrative duties. This role will require you to be onsite a few days a week. Training period will be 5 days in office.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Performs data entry level clerical work related to RbA CORO sales and service, of limited complexity and variety.

  • Perform administrative tasks associated
    with job

  • Processes complex orders/requests, with 100% accuracy from intake to filing.

  • Ensures customer management system is updated appropriately.

  • Clarifies, diagnoses, and resolves customer order issues.

  • Creates packets or other materials as required for sales fulfillment process.

  • Prepares customer correspondence.

  • Identifies and implements ways to improve overall level of service.

  • Communicates order fulfillment process information to internal delivery partners and provides customer/delivery partner feedback.

  • Administers programs, e.g. customer referral program.

  • May train others in office and customer service processes.

  • May create purchase orders, process payments or process receipts.

  • Ability to develop and establish good interpersonal relationships.

  • Demonstrates ability to work and contribute in a team environment.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High school diploma or equivalent plus 1-3 years' work experience to include order processing work

  • Demonstrated word processing, spreadsheet and general computer skills

  • Strong phone etiquette & verbal skills to facilitate problem resolution

  • Intermediate writing skills

  • Able to determine customer needs and assist in resolving issues for assigned area.

PAY RANGE:

$18.05 - $26.15
