What You'll Do

As an Order Processing & Operations Coordinator, you'll be the communication link between our Sales Team and Warehouse, ensuring every customer order is accurate and moves through the process efficiently.

Responsibilities include:

  • Review incoming orders for accuracy and completeness.
  • Communicate order details and priorities to the warehouse team.
  • Prepare and manage shipping paperwork and documentation.
  • Verify customer information, shipping instructions, and product details.
  • Work closely with sales representatives to resolve questions quickly.
  • Maintain accurate records while meeting deadlines.
  • Help ensure every customer receives exceptional service through attention to detail.
