Job description

Summary
The RTV Order Management Clerk is responsible for managing all aspects of order processing, fulfillment and customer service. Ensures timely response to internal/external vendors requests and achieves customer satisfaction goals.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other Duties not listed may be assigned.
  • Daily Responsibilities % of Job 90%
  • Review RTV warehouse inventory and collect required information for RMA number application to vendor.
  • Apply for RMA number to vendor according to suppliers requirements.
  • Receive Vendor RMA# answering vendor email or phone calls in timely manner.
  • Process orders in system, issue invoices, recommend packing/labeling or make shipment recommendations to arrange shipment.
  • Confer with warehouse, shipping, or common carrier personnel in order to expedite or trace shipments.
  • Trace shipments and provide vendor shipment pre-alert.
  • Follow up on material return Turn Around Time (TAT) or credit based on the agreed terms and conditions.
  • Issue credit or debit note if needed base on vendor request.
  • Upload vendors shipping advice into LMS system.
  • Confer with receiving department to report any discrepancy to vendor within 72 hours if occurrence after material is returned from supplier.
  • Conduct weekly reconciliation review against vendor open RMA report to ensure ETD is provided and push vendor to achieve the TAT target.
  • Maintain material status as return delivery schedule (ETD), shipping details or vendor comments on the Back Order Report for planners reference.
  • Review back order report periodically to ensure vendor arranged shipment is within the committed date.
  • Collect RTV Results from vendor and upload into myService or prepare report for price team.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Education and/or Experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Must have experience in Microsoft Office.

Working Conditions
Must be able to tolerate moderate to high noise levels in a warehouse environment. Office and outside environmental conditions found in the warehouse, hot in the summer, cold in the winter. Individuals may need to walk for an extensive period of time while working and walking the facilities; to reach over shoulder heights; bend or stoop below the waist; repetitive wrist, hand, or finger movement. Must be able to lift 25 pounds.
