SUMMARY OF ROLE
As an Order Processor, you will be part of a global team that processes a high volume of orders and works closely with Sales teams to resolve order issues. You will be an expert at navigating systems and will thrive in a fast-paced environment. You will also have some knowledge of routines and procedures in order to carry out different tasks which might involve numerous steps. Assignments provided include general expectations, deadlines, and priorities.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Include the following (other duties may be assigned):

  • Processes orders of increasing range and complexity.
  • Timely delivery of customer purchases through license key generation.
  • Adheres to departmental guidelines and policies.
  • Accountable for meeting defined standards for quality and productivity for all transactions.
  • Brings questions on orders to the Senior and/or Lead Processor.
  • Handles a high volume of orders and is responsible for processing accuracy & efficiency.
  • Collaborates with sales and other cross-functional organizations on sales order issues
  • Helps with additional projects and tasks related to Global Revenue Operations as they arise.
  • Customer service-focused and a positive attitude when dealing with internal and external customers.
  • Ability to focus on the desired result of one's own or one's unit's work, setting challenging goals, focusing effort on the goals, and meeting or exceeding them.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • 1+ years of demonstrated experience in sales support, sales operations, data entry or order management.
  • Strong organizational skills to effectively assist with adherence to deadlines, attention to detail, and strong problem-solving and decision-making
  • A strong attention to detail and the ability to complete job duties with a high degree of accuracy
  • Excellent customer service skills required, including the ability to respond calmly and make rational decisions in stressful situations
  • Flexibility in work schedule when required
  • Technical Skills: Microsoft Office, SFDC, NetSuite or other CRM applications
