Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding the right appliances and electronics for their needs.
  • Build rapport with customers to understand their requirements and preferences.
  • Stay up to date with product features, benefits, and specifications to provide accurate information.
  • Demonstrate products effectively to highlight key features and usability.
  • Guide customers through the sales process, from product selection to finalizing purchases.
  • Offer tailored recommendations and upsell or cross-sell products when appropriate.
  • Ensure customers receive a positive and memorable shopping experience.
  • Handle questions, concerns, or objections professionally and efficiently.
  • Assist customers with order processing, delivery scheduling, and payment transactions.
  • Verify customer orders to ensure accuracy and satisfaction.
  • Work closely with colleagues to achieve store and department sales goals.
  • Maintain clean and visually appealing displays for appliances and electronics.
  • Address customer complaints or concerns promptly and escalate complex issues to management.
  • Offer troubleshooting advice for product-related questions or issues.
  • Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets, including Value Added Products and Services (VAPS) and product protection.
  • Adhere to store policies, including safety guidelines and ethical sales practices.
  • Ensure compliance with warranty and return policies when assisting customers.
  • Performing various other duties, as assigned

Compensation:
