Sales Support Associate

Chemtek is a family-owned leader in innovative solutions for the asphalt and construction industries. We are looking for a Sales Support Associate to be the crucial link between our sales teams, customers, and logisticsmaking sure every order is correct, payments are complete, and deliveries happen on time.

What You'll Do

  • Verify and review incoming sales orders to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Perform quality checks on order details entered by sales representatives.
  • Follow up with customers when credit card payments are declined, and assist in resolving payment issues.
  • Coordinate deliveries with our logistics team and schedule shipments.
  • Track shipments and provide proactive updates to customers and the sales team.
  • Maintain accurate and organized order, payment, and shipping records.
