Job Summary:
Reporting to the Warehouse Supervisor, the Warehouse Associate, is a motivated and detail oriented individual who wants to be a part of our dynamic team. As a Warehouse Associate, they will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our warehouse. The responsibilities will include receiving, storing, and distributing products, maintaining inventory accuracy, and contributing to a safe and organized work environment
Supervisory Responsibilities:

Duties/Responsibilities:
โ€ข Receiving and Inspection: Receive incoming shipments, inspect for accuracy, and document any discrepancies. Ensure all products are in good condition and report any damages or issues.
โ€ข Storage and Organization: Safely and efficiently store products in designated areas, optimizing space utilization and maintaining a well-organized warehouse.
โ€ข Order Picking and Packing: Accurately pick and pack customer orders, ensuring items are properly labeled and prepared for shipment.
โ€ข Inventory Management: Perform regular inventory counts and maintain accurate records of stock levels. Identify and report discrepancies promptly.
โ€ข Quality Assurance: Maintain high-quality standards by handling products with care and attention to detail. Ensure that products are handled, stored, and shipped in compliance with company standards.
โ€ข Safety: Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to create a secure work environment. Report any safety concerns or incidents immediately.
โ€ข Equipment Operation: Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks safely and proficiently. Perform routine equipment inspections and maintenance.
