Order Picking Associates often face challenges such as managing high order volumes during peak times, maintaining accuracy under time pressure, and physically demanding tasks like lifting or moving goods. To address these, many companies provide thorough training on inventory systems, encourage teamwork to split workloads, and implement ergonomic practices to reduce physical strain. Staying organized and communicating effectively with supervisors and team members can also help streamline the picking process and minimize errors.
