Order Picker – 1st Shift

Ōnin Staffing is hiring Order Pickers for a warehouse in Rogers! If you're dependable, comfortable staying active on the job, and can follow instructions and safety procedures, this is a great opportunity to get to work on a consistent Monday–Friday, 1st shift schedule.
What You’ll Do

  • Pick and prepare outgoing customer orders
  • Use an RF scanner to scan products and verify order accuracy
  • Print and attach shipping labels
  • Use pallet jacks to move orders throughout the warehouse
  • Wrap completed orders
  • Stack orders in the correct staging areas
  • Keep your work area clean and organized
  • Follow all company safety policies

Skills and Experience:

What You Need
  • 1 year of warehouse experience preferred
  • Ability to read and follow written instructions
  • Basic math skills
  • Basic computer keyboard familiarity
  • RF scanner experience is helpful, but not required
  • On-the-job training provided
Physical Requirements

This is a physical warehouse position. You should be comfortable standing, walking, bending, twisting, reaching, pushing, pulling and crouching throughout the shift.
Ability to lift up to 55 lbs. is required.
