Job description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Order Entry Specialist to accurately and efficiently enter customer orders using our CRM (Salesforce) and ERP (Syspro). The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail and previous data entry experience.



Responsibilities:

  • Accurately enter and manage customer orders into Syspro ERP, ensuring all data, including order documents, are current and accurate.
  • Utilize Salesforce to manage customer information, monitor order status, and track interactions.
  • Verify order details for completeness, accuracy, and adherence to company policies.
  • Collaborate with sales, inventory, and shipping teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
  • Resolve discrepancies or issues in order processing, working proactively to resolve the issue.
  • Maintain organized records of customer interactions, orders, and system updates.
  • Provide back-up support for other administrative tasks within the Customer Success and Sales team.


Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years working in an Order Entry / Data Entry role.
  • Hands-on experience with ERP or CRM systems.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Punctuality and attendance are a way your life.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
