Our East Mesa client is seeking Order Selectors to join their team!


**Job Responsibilities:**

• Accurately select and pick products from warehouse locations according to order specifications

• Review pick lists and ensure correct quantities and items are gathered for each order

• Verify product codes, lot numbers, and expiration dates to maintain quality control standards

• Maintain a clean and organized work area throughout the shift

• Meet daily productivity goals while maintaining accuracy standards

• Follow all safety protocols and warehouse procedures consistently

• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members regarding inventory discrepancies or issues

• Assist with inventory counts and stock rotation as needed

• Properly label and wrap completed orders for shipment

• Report damaged products or equipment to management immediately


**Skills Required:**

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

• Previous warehouse or order selection experience is a plus

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in a fast-paced environment

• Basic math skills for counting and verifying quantities
