Mission:
Helps organize, and monitor the receiving, storage, and distribution of all products and equipment received from suppliers into the warehouse. Ensures product orders are processed, packaged and shipped daily. Supports company growth in all endeavors.
Helps with managing facilities, including janitorial duties, repairs and maintenance, etc. as needed.
Responsibilities (include but not limited to the following):
  • Reports to Luis Mateu, Warehouse Manager and Cliff Pitre, Assistant Warehouse Manager
  • Helps with the receiving, storage and distribution of all products.
  • Assists shipping and receiving, unloading trucks, checking in merchandise, matching purchase orders to sales orders and distributing to sales associates for processing.
  • Reviews customer orders, work orders, shipping orders, or requisitions to determine items to be moved, gathered, or distributed and/or shipped.
  • Operates UPS Worldship System and Shipping Easy Software
  • Sends tracking numbers as needed and requested
  • Helps to move materials and items from receiving or storage areas to shipping or to other designated areas.
  • Sorts and places materials or items on racks, shelves, or in bins according to predetermined sequence such as size, type, style, color, or product code.
  • Helps with janitorial duties, including but not limited to, mopping floors, cleaning bathrooms, and filling empty toilet receptacles.
  • Helps to coordinate external repairmen as necessary.
  • Filling requisitions, work orders, or requests for materials, tools, or other stock items and distributes items to shipping or to designated storage area.
  • Ensures warehouse is accessible and safe for salespeople and customer traffic.
  • Assembles customer orders from stock and places orders on pallets or shelves, or relocating orders to a holding area or shipping department.
  • Coordinates with freight companies on Opening Orders (on pallets); communicates dimensions, coordinate pick-up, delivery and works with recipient on shipment details.
  • Coordinates with Labor Ready on days when additional labor is needed to complete work.
  • Coordinates with trucking companies on product and sauna container deliveries.
  • Manages hired personnel from Labor Ready to unload containers and load trailers and or storage facilities as advised.
  • Sends HOTWORX sauna replacement parts as needed.
  • Services Marrero HOTWORX Studio when needed including saunas, equipment, and facilities
  • Responds to emails and phone calls in a timely manner.
  • Contributes to team effort by performing other related duties as required.
  • Operation of forklift is required

Work Schedule:
  • Monday - Friday: 8:30 - 5:00 PM CST
  • Some projects and events may require longer hours
  • There will be some requirements to come in early and stay late during the work
  • week, which includes but is not limited to annual convention
