How You’ll Make an Impact:

The Contracts Associate I supports the Contracts team by processing customer orders, maintaining contract documentation, and coordinating contract review activities. This role helps ensure customer requirements are accurately captured, contract records are maintained, and orders move efficiently through the review process while supporting compliance with internal procedures.


What you’ll be doing as a Contracts Associate I:

  • Working a full-time, onsite position at our Fife, WA location.
  • Receive, review, and organize customer purchase orders, amendments, and contract documents.
  • Maintain electronic contract files, document revisions, and approval records.
  • Verify purchase orders against approved quotations for pricing, quantities, delivery, and customer requirements.
  • Route orders for internal review and track approvals and open actions.
  • Prepare routine order acknowledgments and maintain customer portals.
  • Escalate discrepancies, unusual contract terms, or missing information to senior Contracts personnel.
  • Support contract reporting and other departmental administrative activities.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications (Education, skills and experience):

  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and document accuracy.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple assignments while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Outlook, and Word.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work effectively across multiple departments.
  • Ability to follow established procedures while recognizing issues that require escalation.
  • Customer service, administrative, manufacturing, aerospace, order entry, or document control experience is preferred.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality while handling customer and contractual information.

Preferred Qualifications (Education, skills and experience):

  • Previous experience supporting contracts, customer service, inside sales, purchasing, or program administration.
  • Experience working within an ERP/MRP system.
  • Familiarity with aerospace manufacturing, AS9100 environments, or government contracting requirements.
  • Experience maintaining customer portals and electronic document management systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
  • Continuous improvement mindset with strong follow-through and accountability.

The Contracts Associate I Compensation range for onsite Washington applicants is $20-23 per hour commensurate with experience. Some shifts may include shift differential pay rates. Other site ranges may differ.
