Join Our Team
We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Sales & Order Entry Representative to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping customers, managing orders, providing sales support, and learning about specialized products. If you have strong communication skills, excel at multitasking, and take pride in delivering exceptional customer service, we want to hear from you.
Our company specializes in architectural millwork, hardwood products, mouldings, carvings, tambour panels, and custom wood solutions. The successful candidate will serve as a key point of contact for customers, helping guide projects from initial quotation through final shipment.
Key Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming phone calls professionally and enthusiastically.
  • Respond to customer emails and online inquiries promptly.
  • Prepare accurate product quotations and pricing information.
  • Enter customer orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Follow orders from quotation through production, shipment, and delivery.
  • Assist customers with product selection, specifications, pricing, and availability.
  • Resolve customer questions and concerns with patience and professionalism.
  • Coordinate with sales, production, shipping, purchasing, and other internal departments.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and order documentation.
  • Follow up on outstanding quotes and customer requests.

Education
