Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership and oversight of recruiting operations within an assigned area or region.
  • Hire, coach, mentor, and develop recruiters and support staff.
  • Manage daily recruiting activities to ensure timely order fulfillment and operational excellence.
  • Monitor team performance, workload distribution, revenue, and profitability goals.
  • Develop and implement recruiting and sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates.
  • Partner with clients and internal stakeholders to establish service expectations and ensure contract compliance.
  • Handle escalated employee and client concerns and drive issue resolution.
  • Support business development efforts by expanding existing accounts and generating new opportunities.
  • Utilize recruiting systems, databases, and reporting tools to analyze trends and improve performance.
  • Conduct performance management activities, including coaching, disciplinary actions, and hiring decisions.

Required Skills
  • Minimum 1 year of leadership experience.
