Position Summary: As a DME Supplies Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in facilitating the seamless delivery of durable medical equipment supplies to our patients. You will be responsible for coordinating orders, managing inventory, and ensuring timely delivery to meet the unique needs of each individual.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Order Coordination:
    • Receive and process orders for durable medical equipment and CPAP supplies.
    • Verify prescription information and insurance details.
    • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure accurate and complete orders.
  2. Customer Service:
    • Provide excellent customer service to patients, addressing inquiries and concerns.
