Job description

ITU AbsorbTech is hiring an Order Entry Specialist (Order Analyst) to join our team. The Order Analyst's main responsibility is to function as a liaison, supporting our internal Operations, Service and Sales, and Accounting departments.
In this role, you will:
  • -Be knowledgeable of contractual service agreements.
  • -Work with internal and external customers
  • -Perform accurate auditing of documents to assure adherence to all company guidelines
  • -Have strong attention to detail relative to item identification, cost set-up, inventory and delivery frequencies along with approval requirements.
  • -Work independently to ensure our customers receive 100% accuracy in deliveries as well as billing statements.
  • -Input accurate entry of final drafts of approved documents.
  • -Research and problem solve internal and external customer questions and requests.

Hours: 7am-3pm, Monday-Friday. No weekends, no holidays.
Location: This role requires working on-site in New Berlin, WI.
Education and Experience:
  • -High School diploma, preferably an associate's degree in finance or related field.
  • -Minimum of four years of relevant experience in a similar role.
  • -Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • -Ability to problem solve
  • -Strength in organizational skills as well as prioritizing and multi-tasking
  • -Professionalism in team play, all written and verbal communication, articulation of ideas, perspectives and feedback.
