Job Description Order Fulfillment Document Coordinator Setting/Hours: 100% In-Office | 8-5 or 7-4 Join trak group in partnering with a growing client in West Chester, that's expanding its Shared Services team. Position Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and self-directed Order Fulfillment Document Coordinator for a temporary project supporting order fulfillment and business continuity operations. This approximately six-week assignment will focus on processing, printing, organizing, and filing order-related documentation while working within established procedures and internal systems.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of order fulfillment, order processing, or related experience and is comfortable working independently, learning new systems, and managing responsibilities with limited supervision. Assignment Details Location: West Chester, OH - 100% on-site Schedule: Monday-Friday Hours: Approximately 8:00 AM-4:00 PM or 7:00 AM-4:00 PM Assignment Length: Approximately 6 weeks, based on project completion Anticipated Start: Mid-to-late September Expected Completion: Approximately the end of October Employment Type: Temporary/project-based assignment Key Responsibilities Order Fulfillment Support Support order fulfillment activities by processing and organizing required documentation. Print order-related documents and prepare them for filing and record retention.

Review documentation for accuracy and completeness. Maintain organized files to ensure information can be easily located and retrieved. Follow established order fulfillment procedures and documentation requirements.

Identify missing or inconsistent information and take appropriate steps to resolve routine issues. Maintain accurate records of completed work and project progress. ERP & Systems Support Work within Chempax ERP to access information and documentation needed for order fulfillment activities.

Learn internal systems and processes through hands-on training and written procedures. Navigate electronic records and business systems efficiently. Accurately apply established procedures after initial training.

Demonstrate the ability to quickly learn unfamiliar software and technology. Independent Project Execution Take ownership of assigned work and independently manage daily priorities. Follow written procedures without requiring continuous supervision.

Make routine decisions independently when management is unavailable. Recognize when an issue can be resolved independently and when additional guidance is necessary. Maintain productivity and accuracy while completing repetitive, detail-oriented tasks.

Communicate questions, discrepancies, and project roadblocks clearly and promptly. Required Qualifications 2+ years of experience in order fulfillment, order processing, customer operations, logistics support, supply chain administration, or a related role. Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.

Demonstrated ability to work independently with limited supervision. Ability to read, understand, and consistently apply written procedures. Strong computer and systems aptitude.

Ability to quickly learn an unfamiliar ERP system; previous Chempax experience is not required. Strong organizational and recordkeeping skills. Good judgment and ability to make routine decisions independently.

Ability to maintain accuracy while completing high-volume or repetitive work. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Dependable attendance and ability to work on-site Monday through Friday.

They don't need previous Chempax experience, but they should have demonstrated success learning new business or ERP systems quickly. This role is particularly well suited for someone who is dependable, organized, systems-savvy, and comfortable owning a defined project from start through completion.
