We're looking for a friendly, organized, and reliable Front Desk Dental Receptionist to join our growing team! This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with patients, multitasking, and being the welcoming face of a busy dental practice.
What You'll Do
  • Greet and check in patients with professionalism and warmth
  • Answer phones, schedule appointments, and handle general inquiries
  • Maintain accurate digital patient records
  • Obtain insurance authorizations and process insurance forms
  • Coordinate with doctors, billing, and outside dental offices as needed
  • Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks
What We're Looking For
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 2 years of dental office or related experience
  • Strong communication and customer service skills

First, DMD, MD, and Junaid Mundiya, DMD practice a full scope of oral and maxillofacial surgery with expertise ranging from corrective jaw surgery to wisdom tooth removal. We can also diagnose and treat facial pain, facial injuries, and TMJ disorders, and perform a full range of dental implant and bone grafting procedures. Dr. Jonke, Dr. Guariglia, Dr. Jamdar, Dr. First or Dr. Mundiya's staff is trained in assisting with IV sedation within our state-of-the-art office setting.
