Job description

We are seeking an experienced Oracle FCCS Senior Consultant with strong expertise in Oracle Financial Consolidation and Close Cloud Service (FCCS), Oracle Fusion Financials, financial consolidation, and financial close processes. The consultant will lead implementation, enhancement, support, and optimization of Oracle FCCS solutions in complex global environments.

Roles and Responsibilities
  • Lead Oracle FCCS implementation, configuration, enhancement, and production support.
  • Design and optimize financial consolidation, intercompany eliminations, currency translation, ownership management, and financial close processes.
  • Gather requirements, perform fit-gap analysis, and develop functional solution designs.
  • Integrate Oracle Fusion Financials (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM) with FCCS.
  • Configure and maintain metadata, hierarchies, business rules, close calendars, and reporting.
  • Support data loads, reconciliation, validation, drill-through, and audit requirements.
  • Lead SIT, UAT, cutover, deployment, and hypercare activities.
  • Troubleshoot issues and perform root-cause analysis and production support.
  • Collaborate with Finance, Accounting, Technology, and PMO stakeholders.
  • Lead distributed/onshore-offshore teams and provide technical and functional guidance.
Required Skills
  • 5+ years of hands-on Oracle FCCS experience.
  • 10+ years of Oracle EPM/Financial Systems experience.
  • Strong knowledge of Financial Consolidation, R2R, Intercompany, Currency Translation, and Financial Close.
  • Experience with Oracle Fusion Financials.
  • Hands-on experience with EDMCS, FDMEE/Data Management, Smart View, Calculation Manager, Groovy, EPM Automate, OIC, and SQL.
  • Experience with 3+ end-to-end FCCS implementations or major transformation programs.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Preferred
  • Oracle Cloud EPM/FCCS Certification.
  • Oracle Fusion Financials Certification.
  • Experience with global consolidation and multi-entity/multi-currency environments.
