Role Title: Oracle Cloud SCM Solution Architect
Location: Bay Area, CA (Onsite – 4 days/week)
 

 

Work Schedule:

  • Onsite in Bay Area, CA
  • 4 days in the office, 1 day remote (hybrid setup)

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and driven Oracle Cloud SCM Solution Architect to lead and deliver end-to-end Supply Chain Management (SCM) transformation initiatives. This role demands a deep understanding of the Oracle Cloud SCM suite, covering a wide range of functional domains, including Supply Planning, Procurement, Logistics, Inventory, Manufacturing, Quality, and Product Information Management (PIM). The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and third-party vendors to design scalable and future-ready solutions that support our global supply chain operations.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and implementation of Oracle Cloud SCM modules across the entire supply chain process.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into Oracle Cloud solutions.
  • Provide functional and technical leadership across Supply Planning, Procurement, Inventory, Manufacturing, Quality, Logistics/Shipping, and PIM.
  • Architect and deliver scalable, integrated Oracle SCM solutions that align with organizational goals.
  • Perform fit-gap analysis and lead configuration, testing, and deployment efforts.
  • Drive best practices in process improvements, solution design, and cloud capabilities.
  • Support change management and training activities for key users and business teams.
  • Liaise with cross-functional teams, including Finance, IT, and external implementation partners.
  • Stay up to date with Oracle Cloud product releases, capabilities, and roadmap.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 15+ years of experience in Supply Chain Management solutions with at least 5+ years in Oracle Cloud SCM.
  • Hands-on experience with one or more Oracle Cloud modules: Supply Planning, Self Service Procurement, Purchasing, Inventory, Manufacturing, Quality, Shipping, and PIM.
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain business processes and best practices.
  • Proven experience designing and implementing large-scale Oracle Cloud SCM solutions.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to lead workshops, document business processes, and configure Oracle Cloud applications.
  • Oracle Cloud certification(s) in SCM modules is a strong plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience working in Manufacturing or High-Tech industries.
  • Exposure to Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and BI reporting tools.
  • Familiarity with agile project methodologies.
  • Experience working in global, multi-site Oracle Cloud implementations.
