As a strategic technical leader, you'll drive innovation by architecting and optimizing Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP solutions across critical business domains—including Financials, Procurement, Projects, and Supply Chain.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the technical architecture and strategic direction for Oracle Fusion ERP implementations, serving as the primary subject matter expert for Financials, Procurement, and Project Management modules
  • Design and implement innovative Oracle Cloud ERP solutions to drive business transformation, with a focus on scalability, performance, and long-term sustainability
  • Design and architect end-to-end enterprise solutions that integrate Oracle Fusion with existing systems using OIC, REST APIs, and modern middleware platforms
  • Lead data migration strategies and manage complex system integrations to maintain data integrity and security
  • Partner with business stakeholders to translate strategic objectives into technical solutions that optimize operational efficiency
  • Drive continuous improvement through standardization of best practices and proactive performance monitoring
  • Lead technical teams in implementing Oracle Fusion configurations, customizations, and integrations
  • Develop comprehensive solution blueprints and architectural documentation that align with enterprise standards
  • Lead strategic decision-making for Oracle Cloud roadmap planning and module adoption
  • Mentor technical teams and share expertise on Oracle Cloud ERP capabilities and emerging features
  • Facilitate effective collaboration between business and technical teams to drive successful project delivery
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including architectural diagrams and detailed system specifications
  • Ensure all solutions adhere to security standards, compliance regulations, and performance targets
  • Maintain expertise by staying current with Oracle Cloud updates and industry best practices
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Finance, or related field
  • Strong expertise in Oracle Fusion Financials, Procurement, and Project Portfolio Management modules
  • 5+ years of experience in finance systems support, with a strong background in ERP and accounting systems
  • Proficient with modern integration technologies including REST APIs, SOAP, Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), and Oracle SOA Suite
  • Advanced knowledge of Oracle Cloud ERP Security, including Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) and data security policies
  • Experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and cloud deployment patterns
  • Demonstrated expertise in data migration strategies and ETL tools (FBDI, HDL, ADFdi)
  • Cloud ERP certifications (Oracle Cloud Financials, Procurement Cloud, PPM Cloud) required
  • Hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud reporting tools (OTBI, BI Publisher, Oracle Analytics Cloud)
  • Familiarity with emerging technologies including RPA, AI/ML applications in ERP
  • Strong understanding of financial processes, GL, AP/AR, project accounting, and procurement workflows
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices
  • Excellent communication skills with proven ability to lead cross-functional teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with attention to detail
