Oracle Developer

Description

• Developing database utilities using PL/SQL for large databases is a must.

• Must have a proven track record in implementing large databases in oracle.

• Must have good experiences working with front end developers.

• Must have skills in contributing to enterprise project deliveries preferably within a financial institution.

• Experience with object databases and other relational databases is preferred.

• Experience working in agile environment with ability to quickly adapt to changing requirements and work independently

• 7+ Yrs Experience person required

• Must have strong experience in Oracle packages, procedures, functions, analytics functions.

• Develop and maintain PL/SQL Packages, Stored Procedures, Functions, Triggers, SQL statements in Oracle 19c/21c.

• Performance Tuning including tuning/optimizing SQL, PL /SQL code.

• Maintain re-useable development standards that help implement each solution and/or enhancements to existing systems to meet current and future needs

• Strong facilitation and communication skills - both verbal and written – is a must

• Demonstrated experience designing solution approaches for large scale enterprise systems

• Demonstrated experience providing code reviews and mentoring across multiple agile teams

• Experience migrating to CI/CD with SDM platform (Horizon/BitBucket /Artifactory/etc)

• Reads code in multiple languages and inspects infrastructure in order to thoroughly understand current state before requesting or implementing changes

• Agile methodology JIRA story grooming execution

• Understand clients requirements (stories), come up with the story level design and translate into deliverables.

• Ability to learn business processes and apply that knowledge to assigned tasks.

• Experience working in an agile environment

• Demonstrate excellent programming, communication, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $65.00 - $70.00/hr.
