About the role

The Manager, Financial Systems & ERP owns The Nuclear Company's finance systems and ERP environment, responsible for selecting, configuring, and integrating the tools that support accounting, close, and financial reporting. This role partners closely with Accounting, FP&A, Software Engineering, and IT to build scalable, automated financial infrastructure that keeps pace with TNC's fleet-scale construction growth and services expansion. Serving as the technical bridge between the finance team's process needs and the underlying systems that support them, this role ensures TNC's financial operations are reliable, efficient, and positioned to scale with the company's rapid growth. 

This is a hands-on technical role for someone who enjoys configuring systems, solving complex integration challenges, improving finance processes through technology, and building scalable infrastructure in a high-growth environment.

Responsibilities

  • ERP administration, enhancement, configuration, and change management 
  • Systems integration & automation across the finance tech stack (AP, expense, procurement, payroll)
  • Data integrity, access controls, and SOX-readiness of financial systems
  • Enabling close and FP&A reporting through dashboards and system-driven data
  • Vendor management for finance systems and tools
  • User training and support across the finance organization

Experience

  • 5+ years administering financial systems (e.g., NetSuite, Oracle, Workday) including at least one ERP implementation 
  • Strong data management skills
  • Hands-on ERP configuration and administration experience
  • Demonstrated experience integrating multiple finance point solutions (AP automation, expense, procurement) 
  • Solid accounting fundamentals 
  • Experience leading system rollout projects end-to-end 

Preferred Experience

  • Experience scaling systems at a high-growth, capital-intensive company 
  • Experience preparing systems for SOX/IPO readiness  
  • Experience leading system rollout projects end-to-end
  • AI integration; scripting (e.g., Python) for automation; exposure to construction-specific ERP tools (e.g., Procore, e-Builder).

Estimated Starting Salary Range
The estimated starting salary range for this role is $118,000 - $140,000 annually less applicable withholdings and deductions, paid on a bi-weekly basis. The actual salary offered may vary based on relevant factors as determined in the Company's discretion, which may include experience, qualifications, tenure, skill set, availability of qualified candidates, geographic location, certifications held, and other criteria deemed pertinent to the particular role.
